CPA Report on Small Business and the Multinational Sector in Ireland

The Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Ireland (CPA) officially launched their report on “Charting a Course for Growth – What Irish SMEs can learn from their multinational neighbours” on Wednesday, 16 September, with Minister for Agriculture, Food, the Marine and Defence, Simon Coveney, TD.

Multinationals based in Ireland procure €80bn of goods and services globally, but only €11bn is spent in Ireland.  This report explores how Irish small businesses can increase their share of this market by understanding and learning from the MNCs based here and through greater government assistance.
