Is too much of your time spent on tasks and meetings that seem urgent but are not important for the future of your business?
At SFA, we’re here to help you create time for things that can make a real difference, like developing management capacity and other skills for you and your staff.
‘Training that counts’, the SFA training offering for 2018, contains a dozen courses to enhance key skills in your business. They are delivered by expert trainers with many years of industry experience.
Book now for the following courses:
- Foundations in Management: 12-13 April (see here). This programme will enable managers, or those moving into management roles, to improve their leadership and communication skills and deal with difficult staff while increasing motivation levels among those in the team.
- Finance and Accounting Made Easy: 20 April (see here). The programme is made up of a series of practical exercises and case studies to ensure that learning is put into practice. A flexible approach is used throughout the training programme and priority is given to the demands of the group.

The price for SFA members is €220 per person for the one-day courses and €400 for the two-day courses.
Now is the time to invest in yourself and your employees. I encourage you to avail of the programmes being offered through the SFA to make your training count.
