Project Management for Small Firms – Dublin  

Project management is essential to the smooth running of your business, no matter what sector you are in. This course will help you to complete projects on time and within budget. It is based on real life scenarios that will improve the skills of anyone in your business that is involved in project work.

Performance Management and Appraisal Skills – Dublin

Managing employee performance is critical for a successful business, but it can be tricky in practice.
