Many of us will understand the impact that long term absenteeism can have on small businesses. Absence management is an important step in addressing both our costs and productivity levels.
The recently established entitlement to annual leave accrual while on certified sick leave, has once again brought a focus on long term absenteeism and many of our members are contacting the SFA to focus on eliminating, or reducing unnecessary levels of absence.
