This session will focus on employer’s legal duties in relation to managing intoxicants in the workplace, testing requirements, occupational health service and reasonable accommodations that may need to be applied. It will also explore the employment equality legislation in Ireland in the context of intoxicants, it will look at early warning signs and managing such scenarios in the workplace.
