SFA Webinar Series – Redundancy and Alternatives

This Webinar will cover the area of Redundancy and Alternatives and will be presented by Alan Sherlock, SFA Executive.

At the outset of the employment relationship it is the intention of the employer to provide sustained employment - however this will not always be possible due to a variety of factors.  This webinar will look at workforce reduction mechanisms and how they apply in a small business.
