This month’s seminar is titled “Succession planning – The time is now!” Succession planning, either a transfer to the next generation or a sale to a third party, is one of the most important decisions that has to be made in the lifecycle of any business. It is important that the taxation considerations are addressed in a timely manner in particular the availability of the various taxation reliefs. This seminar is taking place in Lansdowne Football Club, Lansdowne Road. Registration commences at 6pm, with the presentation taking place from 6.30-7.30pm.
