NEW Temporary Agency Worker Act 2012 Information Note

The SFA has compiled a detailed briefing note in relation to the Protection of Employees (Temporary Agency Work) Act 2012.  The note includes answers to the questions which have been most commonly asked since the enactment of the Act on the 16th May last.
